The Science Park of Zhytomyr Polytechnic, with the support of the Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovations, has received a certificate of copyright registration for the computer program “Digital University UA.”
This is a significant step forward in the digital transformation of higher education in Ukraine, and we are proud that our team has developed an innovative solution that will contribute to the development of educational institutions across the country.
“Digital University UA” is a modern university management system that enables the implementation of digital business processes and creates comprehensive ecosystems for effective management of educational institutions. The system is ready for deployment in Ukrainian universities and can significantly improve management processes and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
This platform is the result of many years of work by professionals in higher education who have integrated their knowledge and experience into creating a universal online system capable of adapting to the specific needs of each educational institution.
The modules and services of “Digital University UA” comprehensively cover various university management processes, providing opportunities for effective online learning and remote educational process management. In particular, the system ensures synchronization of student and faculty information with EDEBO (Unified State Electronic Database on Education), the electronic faculty cabinet provides online access to records, the ability to create and manage online schedules and academic cards, and manage event and activity calendars. Additionally, faculty can use electronic grade sheets, enter information about scientific activities, track professional activity, and rate students based on session results. The program allows for calculating and distributing academic workload and selecting elective courses. Furthermore, the system offers a constructor for educational programs and curricula, allowing flexible adaptation of the educational process to the needs of each educational institution, online dormitory administration, and payment processing for tuition and accommodation.
The electronic student cabinet provides convenient access to the electronic grade book, participation in online voting and selection of elective courses, and the ability to manage bypass sheets online. The system also ensures paperless preparation and defense of qualification works, issuance of academic certificates, and work with the online graduate student cabinet.
