The team from Science Park “Zhytomyr Polytechnic” (Veronika Leleta and Yuliia Dziubenko) participated in RECTAPT — a large-scale conference organized by AIN, Techosystem, Molfar, DEV Challenge, and idealers, which brought together over 1,000 entrepreneurs and innovators.
This wasn’t just a series of lectures. The event fully lived up to its name: instead of traditional presentations, participants experienced dynamic and interactive formats. Representatives from leading companies (Bolt, PrivatBank, Aurora, Prom, robota.ua) openly shared their experiences, trends, and practical insights.

Yuliia Dziubenko: “What impressed me most was the format: it was extremely dynamic and interactive. Instead of classic presentations, speakers participated in business games, battles of ideas, and even a cooking show with parallels to management and marketing. This format motivates and helps you see business communication from a fresh perspective.”
Veronika Leleta: “It was truly a restart and upgrade of thinking. The key takeaway was a complete reboot of my approach to personal development and the understanding that innovation doesn’t start with ideas, but with people who aren’t afraid to take action. Restart truly lived up to its name — afterwards, you want to act faster and bolder.”
